Olivier 剛下飛機便來到 Mr. Ma & Suit 尋找自己心目中的訂製西裝。 Olivier 來自瑞士，到台灣出差，以前有訂製的經驗，但由於健身之後身材有些變化，需要訂製一件新的西裝外套。

「關於瑞士，大概是人類眼睛能夠觸摸到最美的世界。」

瑞士擁有童話般，超凡脫俗的風景，而來自童話之國的 Olivier 對於西裝擁有自己的獨特審美。Olivier 平常喜好穿著的品牌是 Massimo Dutti ，其剪裁簡約，且規格較為高級。他訂製的需求是一件夏天在歐洲穿著的西裝外套，因此希望布料為麻；而因為工作性質不需要太正式的服裝，他希望是貼式口袋 (Patch Pocket) 和西裝上有跳針（Pick Stitching）設計的樣式。

【賦予西裝的色彩和氣質－布料挑選】

挑選布料的階段花了較長的時間，Olivier 希望西裝的顏色是大地色系，要好搭配他的衣服單品，而最後選擇了 Kerry Knoll 的駝色純麻布料；大地色的布料在視覺上更加柔和，能與深色搭配，溫潤有餘。

亞麻布料的特性是透氣性強，不悶熱，吸濕性強，排汗效果佳，不易產生異味且不易起毛球，非常適合春夏；亞麻布料容易產生皺摺，而這種皺摺有種不同的優美，也為西裝帶來些微休閒的質

Olivier came to Mr. Ma & Suit as soon after arriving in Taiwan, looking for a refined bespoke suit jacket. Olivier came from Switzerland, he came to Taiwan for a business trip. He needs a new bespoke suit jacket because his body shape changed a bit after he worked out.

There is a word that says in Mandarin, ” Regarding Switzerland, this is the most beautiful place on earth that people have ever seen.”

Switzerland’s scenery is surreal and reminiscent of a fairy tale. Olivier, who comes from the land of fairy tales, has a unique aesthetic when it comes to suits. Olivier’s favorite brand is Massimo Dutti, which features basic and exquisite tailoring. Olivier was looking for a semi-formal suit jacket for summer, with a “Pick Stitching” and “Patch Pocket” design.

【 Colour and character of the suit- choosing the fabric 】

Olivier is looking for the fabric with brown or khaki, that and suitable to wear with his clothes. At last, he chose the fabric made of pure linen with a brown color from the famous brand- Kerry Knoll. The brown fabric appears softer and is good to pair with dark colors.

Linen fabric dries fast, which helps to decrease heat retention in hot weather, it is a lightweight material, elegant, breathable, and comfortable. It is also a very strong and durable material.

假縫試穿是手工訂製才能體驗到的細節，是對衣服嚴格的品質把控，為了給予最舒適的體驗及近乎客人心中的完美。同一個尺寸，布料材質、紗支數與克重的不同，都會影響西裝的呈現，而經過假縫試穿能提供最精確的樣貌。

Bespoke suits provide a unique fitting experience, and the apparel is subjected to strict quality control, to deliver the most pleasant experience and to be as close to perfection from the customer’s perspective as feasible. Differences in fabric material, yarn count, and weight will change the presentation of the suit in the case of the same size, customers may get an unparalleled level of customization and come closer to their fantasy suit look by means of fitting.

Olivier 即將在兩天後返回瑞士，在台灣的三週，他玩遍了台灣的東南部，其中他最喜歡的是台東的都蘭小鎮，他喜歡都蘭小鎮的人文及風景，在小小的秘境中，安靜之餘，享受著美景和精緻美食。

看到成品的瞬間，我感到格外興奮，反覆欣賞了很多遍：其細節精美的珠邊（跳針）遍布在西裝的剪裁邊緣，無內裡製作的方式讓西裝擁有一種輕透的氛圍；所選擇的駝色完美的匹配 Olivier 的膚色及他衣服的顏色，其西裝的剪裁及材質更是符合了他自身的優雅氣質。Olivier 預計明年四月再訪台灣，期待我們再為他製作精美的西服與大衣。

Olivier will go back to Switzerland in two days; he has visited many sights in Taiwan, his favorite being Dulan village in Taitung. He likes the humanities, cultures, and the landscape of Dulan. There is a little secret area where you may enjoy stunning scenery and exquisite food in confidentiality and silence.

Olivier is very happy with the result, and so do I; I was ecstatic when I saw the outfit and complimented it several times. The subtle pick stitching on the suit drapes nicely and exquisitely, the tailor and the suit without lining give me a light atmosphere. The color and the refinement fits well with Olivier. Olivier plans to visit Taiwan next year, hope to see him soon!
